10 Best Places to Eat Regents Pizzeria in San Diego

Regents is easy to enjoy in the restaurant, but it also knows how to travel. Whether it’s a beach day, park hang, office lunch, game day, study session, or a night in, get the pizza, add the wings, kick back, and enjoy wherever you are.
Here are 10 of our favorite places to enjoy Regents around San Diego.
1. La Jolla Shores
There are fancier beach setups and more elaborate beach snacks. This is not that, and that’s exactly the point. Grab a New York slice, find a spot in the sand, and let the Pacific do the rest. Low effort, high return. La Jolla Shores has a way of making a Tuesday feel like an occasion.
2. Kate Sessions Park
One of our favorite spots for a low-effort picnic with a very high-reward view. Kate Sessions has plenty of grass, room to spread out, and the kind of San Diego backdrop that makes a simple hang feel a little more special.
3. UC San Diego
Every campus has its go-to order and UCSD has ours. Whether it’s a study break that turned into dinner, a between-class slice, or a late night that needed something substantial, Regents has been fueling this campus for a while. We’re basically faculty at this point.
4. Mission Bay
Mission Bay is the kind of place where nobody has anywhere to be. Rent a kayak, find a patch of grass, watch someone fail at paddleboarding – whatever the afternoon turns into, pizza travels well and keeps everyone in a good mood. Bring extra napkins. It’s windy out there.
5. Torrey Pines Gliderport
You don’t have to jump off a cliff to appreciate the view, but it helps. The Gliderport sits at the edge of the bluffs with one of the better ocean views in San Diego, and it costs nothing to stand there and take it in. Bring a Chicago Top Down and suddenly you’ve planned the perfect afternoon without really trying.
6. Doyle Community Park
Doyle is the neighborhood spot. It’s unpretentious, easy, and always full of people who had the same idea you did. Plenty of open grass, a good playground if you’ve got kids in tow, and no agenda beyond being outside. Exactly the kind of place where a pizza box fits right in.
7. UTC and La Jolla Office Lunches
The meeting could have been an email, but at least lunch is good. Regents is a reliable call for office orders – easy to split, something for everyone, and substantial enough that nobody’s hungry again by 2pm. If you’re the one who placed the order, you’re everyone’s favorite person today.

8. Your Living Room
Highly underrated. No parking, no waiting, no pants required. Swing by and pick it up, or get it delivered and let us come to you. Sometimes the best version of a night out is a night in, done right.
9. Watch Parties at Home
The spread matters. Wings, pizza, maybe a side of garlic knots. And for the serious watch parties? Put us in, coach. Regents catering is ready when you are – just say the word and leave the hard part to us.
10. Regents Pizzeria
We should probably mention the obvious one.
Regents Pizzeria in La Jolla is still one of the best places to enjoy Regents. Dine in for Chicago Top Down, New York-style slices, wings, salads, appetizers, and craft beer if you are staying awhile.
Takeout is great. Delivery is great. But sometimes the right move is to just come in, sit down, and enjoy it here.
